POSTCARDS FROM ITALY

For the next four weeks I will be stationed in Italy, writing, painting and gearing up for joining the delicious. team as their cookery assistant in September. I'll be posting recipes with an Italian feel no doubt and, due to the amount of food I intend to eat, there'll be coming through fat and often.
